- A site evaluation will be conducted which will include researching potential
conference hotels, requisitioning hotel proposals and conducting rate and
amenities comparisons. Location selection will be made accordingly in conjunction
with you.
- A preliminary site visit will be conducted to negotiate contracts, establish
room staffing, assess the functionality of the space, plan for food and
beverage, create an event theme, and arrange for keynote speakers and entertainment.
- Our Passageways Travel experts will be available to arrange for all of
your travel services including discounts on the official event airline(s),
ground transportation, car rentals, exclusive tours for participants and
their spouses and to assist in the management of any hotel block and coordination
of unique housing needs.
- A full spectrum of conference services will be provided, including on-site
management, the staging of and management of all audio-visual needs, budget
management, host services, customized billing, full marketing, and promotional
support and coordination of booths and displays.
